Hi, I'm Cara Lewis
I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Registered Nurse and Midwife.
I am Mum to 3 wonderful children. It was breastfeeding them and becoming a parent myself that really showed me my passion for breastfeeding support. Whilst breastfeeding is natural, it is a learnt skill and sometimes it's not easy!
I provide home visits for women wanting more support on their breastfeeding journey.
